CONSIGN A VEHICLE WITH CARLISLE AUCTIONS
When you consign a vehicle at Carlisle Auctions, not only do you get a team of auction specialists working to sell your vehicle at our auction, you become a member of the Carlisle Family. Each step of the way you will receive friendly, personalized service from the first phone call through the transaction process.
Consignors will enjoy a more streamlined process with uniform fees at Carlisle Auctions and the FREE UNLESS SOLD GUARANTEEE. This GUARANTEE allows for a consigner to offer a car with the assurance that if the car does not sell, nearly all fees associated with the registration process are refunded. The policy is ONLY VALID for vehicles that are 25 years or older. Any vehicle 24 years or newer may be consigned; however, fees will not be refunded.
Another great way to sell your consignment is making it a FEATURED or SHOWCASE VEHICLE. These options are an additional fee giving your vehicle a guaranteed indoor space. These indoor additional fees are non-refundable if your vehicle does not sell. This part of your registration fee will not be refunded. Please call 717-960-6400 for more details.

Supply Your Vehicle Title
A clear negotiable title with matching vehicle VIN numbers.
Submit Your Consignment Photos
Please provide several clear, quality photos of your consignment. Submitting 10-15 quality photos increases the amount of attention your consignment receives and helps us to properly market it to potential buyers.
View our Photo Guidelines & Instructions Sheet for detailed information on the proper photo requirements. If you do not have digital photos readily available, please speak to your auction specialist to make alternate arrangements.

Registration fees must be paid prior to sale to reserve your spot(s) in the auction.

A check made payable to Carlisle Auctions for the amount of your chosen consignment level.
• Without Reserve: (5% seller's commission) $100.00
• With Reserve: (8% seller's commission)

Additional Consignment Option:
• Indoor Feature Vehicle - Upon Approval - Additional $300.00 (Non Refundable)
As a consignor at Spring Carlisle or the Fall Carlisle Auction, you and one guest receive full access to our hospitality during your time at the auction.
1) Complimentary bidder lanyard. This will act as your 5-day event pass for Fall Carlisle Automotive Flea Market & Car Corral at the Carlisle Fairgrounds.
2) One (1) auction guest pass (wristband) for auction only. Additional guest passes may be purchased for $50 each.
A free shuttle operates to and from the Carlisle Expo Center where the auction is held and the Carlisle Fairgrounds (Spring and Fall only). Additional guest passes for the auction are available for $50.00 each.

As a consignor at the Fall or Winter Lakeland Collector Car Auction you and a guest will receive complimentary access to the auction and free parking. Food and drinks will be available for purchase within the venue.
